C’è chi pensa che passare a Gnu/Linux significhi perdere la possibilità di usare un certo software che girava sotto Windows. C’è addirittura chi crede che il Pinguino non offra varietà di applicativi e che quelli che ci sono non raggiungono il livello degli omologhi commerciali. Beh, è ora di sfatare questa leggenda metropolitana perchè, fatta eccezione per software come AutoCad, PhotoShop (e chi può comprarli?!) e pochi altri, il parco software di Gnu/Linux è di assoluta eccellenza e ampiezza di scelta.
